Personal data will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interests of the controller and the data subject’s consent.

Personal data will only be processed for pre-defined purposes, which are as follows:

  • Customer relationship maintenance and customer service – a legitimate interest

  • Implementation and development of activities – legitimate interest

  • Targeting marketing – consent or legitimate interest

  • Newsletter subscriptions – consent

  • Analysis and statistics – consent or legitimate interest

  • Electronic and other customer and member communications – consent or legitimate interest

The information in the register is used to direct the advertising and / or direct marketing of AI Robots Oy and / or its partners on the basis of customer information through AI Robots Oy’s media and services without disclosing personal data to third parties.

Right of inspection and rectification

You have the right to verify the personal information we hold about you. If you find inaccuracies or omissions in your information, you can ask us to correct or complete the information.

Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time if you feel that we have processed your personal data unlawfully or that we do not have the right to process some of your personal data.

Right of removal

In the context of email marketing, there is always the option to ban marketing.

The company, organizational and personal information in the marketing register is regularly obtained:

  1. Who handles the registry information

The information in the member register is processed by AI Robots Oy’s registrars and employees in connection with sales and marketing.

We may also partially outsource the processing of personal data to a third party, in which case we guarantee through contractual arrangements that the personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and otherwise in an appropriate manner.

We regularly use the following service providers:

  • MailChimp

  • WordPress

 

  1. Data transfer outside the EU

As a rule, we choose secure data centers located in Europe as the data storage location.

Some of the above service providers may back up data outside the EU / EEA to the United States. The data is backed up so that your data is safe even in situations where the main servers fail.

Privacy Shield

We ensure that our service providers have joined the so-called EU-US agreement. The Privacy Shield program (https://www.privacyshield.gov/list), which aims to ensure the secure processing of European data in the United States.
